Artomation^TM Retrofit for Spraymation^® Compuspray^TM Machines

Artomation now offers a new equation for success.   A retrofit / upgrade that utilizes the proven strength

of the Spraymation® mechanics with an easy to use, simple to maintain, Artomation control system.

Artomation control upgrade with Rugged Stainless Steel Push Button control and Path Visualization software.

Standard Features:

• graphical path visualization makes operation simple

• the easy to use computer interface is specifically designed for panel painting making it easy to learn and intuitive to use

• run a single recipe or link any two recipes

• adjustable parameters: Speed, Trigger On Distance, Number of Passes, Index between Passes, Number of Coats, Flash time between Coats and Atomizer control Settings (Atomization, Pattern, Bell Speed, etc.)

• stored recipes are quickly retrieved and executed (50 recipes standard)

• designed with "off the self" components eliminating the need to "board swap" significantly reducing maintenance costs

• integrated gun triggers (for base/base or base/clear applications)

Options:

• analog control of existing Atom and Fan transducers

• addition of Atom and Fan transducers for machines that don't have transducers

• automatic fluid control

• integrated gear pumps

The upgrade includes:  

• replace the old style control system with the Artomation stainless steel push button control system

• remove old motor controls and upgrade to  new motor control (drives)

• new internal electrical wiring

• new PLC

• new PC and Screen

• the mechanics will be cleaned, lubricated and inspected for damaged mechanical components

• components critical to operation will be replaced as required (e.g. Roller Bushings, Index Pin, Slide Block)*

• the machine will be cleaned and re-painted; however, existing paint / overspray will not be stripped or removed

• the top (stainless steel) cover will be repaired or replaced**

The mechanical specifications for the system will not change (e.g. – Speed, Torque, etc.).
