Paint Robots
Our industrial painting robots have been improved by adding the ARTomation atomizer control and software package. Our goal is to minimize operator training by limiting the need for a teach pendant. Less programming time means more online painting time. The ARTomation software provides a simple user interface where a teach pendant path or series of paths can quickly be paired with atomizer settings without the use of a teach pendant. With our innovative graphical tools, paths can be resized, repositioned or otherwise modified to minimize the need for a teach pendant. The ARTomation atomizer control system integrates into the system for seamless control of your rotary atomizer. Atomizer settings are coordinated with motion to provide complete control of the application process. An integrated fluid delivery system is also available to provides precision fluid application and automatic color changing (flush and fill).
